Pan Pacific International English College (Established in 1997) is located in the center of beautiful downtown Victoria, British Columbia, Canada with a new full time adult campus open year round and a summer youth campus open in July and August.

Pan Pacific offers adult intensive ESL, summer youth intensive ESL, High School and Academic Preparation, TOEFL, TOEIC, Business English and our TESL Canada recognized Teacher Training Diploma Programs.
